Before being called to the Bar, Ken Forrest was a solicitor in private practice for over 21 years. Ken has acted for the petitioner in a number of reported decisions including (acting as junior counsel) in MS v Secretary of State for the Home Department (2013) CSIH 52. He specialises in various aspects of discrimination law, particularly immigration and asylum, as well as employment law.
