Bobby Frazer has extensive experience in all aspects of court work and during his career has conducted numerous proofs, debates, appeals and criminal trials. His main areas of practice are Professional Regulation, Professional Negligence, Crime, Family and Personal Injury. In addition, he is an ad hoc Advocate Depute regularly instructed by the Crown and also external support counsel in the current Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry
He has a large Professional Regulatory Practice and is currently Legal Advisor to Nursing and Midwifery Council; Social Work England; Chartered Institute of Management Accountants; Farriers Registration Council; and General Teaching Council for Scotland. Furthermore, Bobby is an external Lecturer and Tutor in Professional Regulation at the University of Aberdeen.
Outside of work he has a number of sporting interests and is currently chair to the Disciplinary Panels of Cricket Scotland and Scottish Gymnastics.
