General information
Andrew called to the Bar in 1998 and since then has developed a substantial judicial review and appellate practice. He specialises in nationality, immigration & asylum law and human rights law. Andrew regularly appears before the Outer and Inner Houses of the Court of Session and has also appeared before the House of Lords and the Privy Council, as well as in Public Local Inquiries and various tribunals.
