David Leighton to Speak at Mental Health & Incapacity Law Conference 2026

Themis Member David Leighton will be speaking at  LSA’s 2026 Mental Health and Incapacity Law Conference on Friday 27th February.

Friday 27 February | 10am – 4:30pm | Royal Faculty of Procurators, Glasgow 

This full-day conference will explore the evolving legal landscape affecting adults with incapacity, mental health services, and the protection of vulnerable individuals. Delegates will gain essential insights into recent case law, legislative reforms, and policy developments – as well as the practical and ethical implications for everyday professional practice.
