As a busy and successful Junior Counsel, Mr Davidson has built up a large civil practice in many different areas of Scots Law. He has extensive experience over a wide spectrum of litigation within the reparation field, Mr Davidson’s early career concentrated on pursuing and defending high value claims. Mr Davidson went on to develop a special interest in professional negligence. Over the past few years Donald has increasingly concentrated his attention on public law and commercial disputes whislt also having experience dealing with Professional Discipline, Fatal Accident Inquiries and Proceeds of Crime.
