As a busy and successful Junior Counsel, Mr Davidson has built up a large civil practice in many different areas of Scots Law. He has extensive experience over a wide spectrum of litigation within the reparation field, Mr Davidson’s early career concentrated on pursuing and defending high value claims.

Ken was a solicitor for 22 years before coming to the Bar in 1977. Having called in 2000, he spent several years doing general work, with an emphasis on personal injury and employment cases. In 2005, he began doing immigration cases, and has specialised in these for over 16 years now.
Kenny practised in civil litigation as a solicitor for nine years. Since calling to the bar he has continued to practise in civil law with particular emphasis on disputes involving Employment Law, Reparation (including professional and medical negligence), Land Law and Wills and Executries.

Susan’s career spans private and public practice; undertaking a broad range of Civil and Criminal litigation, regularly appearing in civil courts, criminal courts and tribunals at all levels. Susan is experienced in cases involving murder, sexual offences, and misuse of drugs, in addition to all aspects of Family, Employment and Public law.
Iain called to the Bar in 2022 as a Faculty Scholar. He specialises in public law, including immigration and asylum, retained EU law, human rights, and judicial review.
Whilst devilling, Iain gained experience of drafting petitions and answers for judicial reviews and preparing notes of argument and grounds of appeal
Chris called to the Scottish Bar in 2022 as a Lord Hope scholar.
Prior to calling to the Bar, Chris was dual-qualified as a solicitor in both Scotland and England & Wales. He trained as a solicitor at Brodies LLP with seats in dispute resolution, employment, commercial property and an external secondment to a financial institution. He practised as a solicitor for over twelve years, including ten years spent in London.
