General information
Fintan has appeared in the Sheriff Court, Sheriff Appeal Court, Court of Session,(Inner and Outer House) and the Supreme Court. He has a broad civil practice which includes advising and appearing in commercial disputes, reparation actions, succession and trusts issues, and property disputes. He approaches representing and advising clients on the basis of thorough research and preparation, combined with a sound knowledge of the law and provides measured and realistic advice while seeking to promote their interests.
