Mungo Bovey QC gives talk at the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Scotland Forensic Faculty annual conference
On Friday 25th October at Dunblane Hydro Mungo Bovey QC gave a talk at the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Scotland Forensic Faculty annual conference. The topic was The Serious Harm Test in CORO cases. CORO refers to Compulsion Orders and Restriction Orders which are used where there is a risk that as a result of an accused’s mental disorder he would commit offences if set at large making it is necessary for the protection of the public from serious harm to apply special restrictions.
